From raw material roll loading to finished product outbound, the entire process is PLC intelligently controlled, with minimal manpower and high stability.
Coupled with our in-house paper cup forming and testing equipment, the water-based coated paper can be directly processed into cups for leakproof and forming tests immediately after production — seamless process integration. This truly achieves a one-stop closed loop of "coating → product → testing", dramatically shortening the R&D sampling and batch delivery cycle.
