Total investment of nearly 10 million RMB, built to pharmaceutical & food packaging R&D standards plus CNAS/CMA requirements.

Clean environment with clearly separated zones: R&D area, testing area, instrument area, and sample area – fully compliant with food‑grade R&D specifications.

II. Full Equipment, 100+ High‑Precision Instruments – In‑house Comprehensive Testing

Equipped with over 100 sets of imported / high‑end laboratory instruments: gas chromatographs, colorimeters, oil/water penetration testers, heat resistance testers, peel strength testers, food migration test chambers, etc.

Core capabilities:

Full performance testing of PHA coated paper – water resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance.

Full food‑contact safety testing (GB 4806, FDA).

Coating adhesion, uniformity, stiffness, biodegradability, and bio‑based content verification.

No reliance on external labs: R&D, pilot trials, small‑scale trials, and finished product testing are all completed in‑house – data available the same day.

Full‑chain validation from formulation → coating parameters → drying profile → cup forming.

2. Prototyping Center

Equipped with lab coating machines, slitters, and paper cup forming prototypes.

Fast small‑batch prototyping: samples ready in 24–48 hours for customer testing.

3. Color Technology Center (600 m²)

Full set of X‑Rite equipment + international color experts.

Precise spot‑color matching, printing color standardization, and integrated packaging prototyping.
