Built to ISO international cleanroom standards. Constant temperature, constant humidity, fully enclosed positive pressure protection – eliminating dust, impurities, and bacterial contamination at the source. Every sheet of BoCarbon PHA water‑based coated paper is born in an extremely pure environment, fully suitable for high‑safety applications such as food contact and pharmaceutical packaging.

We have three internationally advanced, high‑speed, high‑precision water‑based coating machines. Specifically designed for water‑based eco‑friendly coatings, they use CNC metering rolls and micro‑gravure precision coating technology. Coating uniformity error is controlled within ±2%, and the thickness is stable in the 5–30 micron range. Full coverage from 30 g lightweight paper to 400 g heavy board. Each machine can run at up to 120 m/min. With all three machines running in coordinated operation 24/7, the daily processing capacity exceeds 10,000 meters – achieving both large‑scale capacity and fine quality.

Strong hardware, even more complete configuration. The workshop is equipped with an integrated system: automatic unwinding, tension control, multi‑zone constant‑temperature drying, online defect inspection, and precision rewinding/slitting. From raw material loading to finished product dispatch, the entire process is controlled by PLC intelligent control – low manpower, high stability. Together with our own paper cup forming and testing equipment, coated paper can be immediately processed into cups and undergo leak‑proof forming and other tests right after coating – a seamless process. This truly achieves a “coating → article → testing” one‑stop closed loop, significantly shortening the R&D/prototyping and batch delivery cycles.

Even more importantly – we have our own technical center and professional testing laboratory. The team is led by a PhD and brings together top talents from materials, chemistry, mechanical engineering, quality control, and other fields. From formulation optimization, process adjustment, coating performance, to hygiene and safety – all items are tested in‑house, with real‑time traceable data. Every batch undergoes rigorous validation of water resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, peel strength, food‑contact safety, and more – stable quality, compliant and reliable.

In terms of delivery, we truly accept both small and large orders, with a fast response. Small‑batch prototyping / trial orders of a few hundred kilograms: scheduled and sampled on the same day, fast sample delivery.
